In just 4 weeks of following the principles of the GF plan, I have seen dramatic changes in the way I look and feel. Within days of starting the program, I was fitting into smaller size jeans, although my weight was the same. The distended belly I was blaming on pre-menopause (I'm nearing 52) had all but disappeared.
