I flushed 8.5 pounds and 2.5 inches.

I gave the FTDD a whirl in place of my quarterly return to Phase 1 of the FFP. I wanted to try a fast and I'll be honest and admit that the fact the FTDD was 3 days SHORTER than 2 weeks also figured strongly. I'm addicted to my Phase 3 almonds. So sue me.


Anyway, what I liked about the FTDD was the structure of it - the "choose one from column A, one from column B" format which made it easier to do in many ways. It also forced me to try new foods. Mustard greens. Who knew?!


I never felt hungry or deprived (depraved, however, is up for debate). Even during the actual fast day, I had no hunger pangs. Mind you, I DID run out of MJ about 3 hours early and just continued on with plain water. I flushed 8.5 pounds and 2.5 inches. So I'm back to my lowest FFP weight. Yahoooooooooooooo! I'm going to be using the FTDD as my regular quarterly detox regimen from now on.
