rI recently tried the One Day Detox plan. I followed the diet and took the supplements for seven days. I have severe daily migraines so I was afraid of the fast. However, after suffering from migraines all my life, and have tried both alternative medicine and convention medicine to no avail I am currently without a headache for a record three weeks.
