Great job!  The Smoothie Shakedown can be done for 4 weeks with a week break after 2 weeks.  After week 4 you can move to Phase 2 of the Fat Flush Plan or the Smoothie Shakedown Succession Plan and continue until you have reached your goal. If you continue the Smoothie Shakedown for more that 4 weeks you risk a slowing metabolism making weight loss even more difficult.  

The YC Cleanse can be used indefinitely.  It is great for weight loss as well as over all GI health.  Again congratulations.</description>

My advice:
Start your smoothie diet and add in some cardio 4 or 5 days a week.
