Fight Diabetes and Fat—as Well as Ulcers and Other Infections.
Those small, ruby-colored berries in the produce section of your local supermarket this time of year are potent antioxidants. Cranberries register a record 9,584 ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) value—much higher in antioxidants than the runner-up raspberries (with 4,882 ORAC value).
This makes the cranberry powerful medicine in neutralizing harmful free radicals that age us more quickly, and that’s only for starters! A well-known cleanser of the urinary tract, cranberry also protects oral health. Because components in this small, red berry are potent bacteria fighters, cranberries stand up to even Streptococcus mutants and antibiotic-resistant E. coli.
In my experience with Fat Flushers over the past 20 years, I’ve found that the acids in the cranberry and its unsweetened juice work to emulsify and eliminate fat. Cranberries help digest lumpy deposits of lymphatic waste, which could be the key reason Fat Flushers report that their cellulite disappears.
For Winter Detox
In Fat Flush for Life, The Year-Round Super Detox Plan to Boost Your Metabolism and Keep the Weight Off Permanently, unsweetened cranberry juice plays an important role in releasing fluid from waterlogged tissue while detoxifying the liver. Besides moving out stagnant lymphatic wastes and fluids, cranberries contain organic acids that help regulate digestion.
Fat Flush for Life is designed to help you tap into nature’s harmonious cycles, season by season. In winter, for example, your body slows down and works to conserve energy. We need warming foods for winter detox, so I recommend heating your Cranberry H2O this time of year.
With all those bags of cranberries available now, you might want to buy a bunch to freeze. After Christmas and into January, you can pick up cranberries for a fraction of their holiday price. Fat Flush for Life includes the recipe for Cranberry H2O, an easy way to make your own Homemade Cranberry Juice, and other delicious recipes for this antioxidant superstar.
For Overall Wellness
Any time of year, Cranberry H2O keeps the colon healthy by providing an acidic environment that’s inhospitable to pathogens—but that allows beneficial bacteria (probiotics) to live happily ever after. In addition to fighting UTIs (urinary tract infections), unsweetened cranberries keep Helicobacter pylori bacteria—the only bacteria able to survive stomach acid—from adhering to the stomach wall.
Recent research also reports that cranberry’s antibacterial power may be matched by its antiviral strength. And earlier this year, Canadian lab experiments suggested that cranberry extract can prevent colon cancer via anti-inflammatory mechanisms.
Even “straight” (without adding water), unsweetened cranberry juice “provides a favorable metabolic response,” find Minnesota researchers, “and should be useful for promoting increased fruit consumption among Type 2 diabetics or others wishing to limit their carbohydrate intake.” That’s one reason Cranberry H2O has long been a signature Fat Flush beverage.
These brightly colored berries strengthen connective tissue and protect blood vessel walls from free-radical damage. A recent study from Spain suggests that components in cranberries “may improve neuropsychological activity,” while protecting cardiovascular health.
For winter wellness—and for Fat Flush—drink a total of 64 ounces of Cranberry H2O daily. For more on winter and year-round detox, read Fat Flush for Life.

Should I be drinking cranberry juice, it has natural sugar and that concerns me??? any adivce would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much
As far as I know, cranberry has many properties that might actually help with your hypoglycemia. Dr. Ann Louise recommends up to 8 ounces of pure unsweetened cranberry juice per day, diluted as 1 ounce juice to 7 ounces water. The most important thing is to listen you your body. You may also greatly benefit from the Fat Flush Weight Loss Formula, which has natural ingredients that helps to stabilize blood sugar.
