I'm starting the Flat Flush Plan this week. A group of us from my pilates class has decided to give it a shot. I noticed the heavy use of flax seed oil in the plan. I have concerns about this as recent research shows a link to fibroid growth and flax. As fibroids run in the family (my mother had a hysterectomy when she was in her early 40s and my Aunt is keeping hers at bay), and as a former user of flax seed oil and ground flax seed, I now avoid it. I know you do not recommend olive oil as a substitute, but I wonder what I can use? I already take krill oil, so I'm definitely getting my fish oil benefits. Fish oil, in liquid form, often repeats on me as well. What do you recommend?

Thytrophin 3 - 6 per day and a prolamine iodine per meal couldn't hurt. Call UNI KEY if you can't get these elsewhere.

Ann Louise,
I was reading about not using soy....I have a great intolerance to salt. It makes my eyes swell, legs, everything...it is awful. However I liberally use Braggs aminos..for whatever reasons it does not have the effect that salt does....curious. Am I getting a copper overload by using this? I have been using for years. Thanks.

Michele: Check out my Fast Track book. It sounds so purrfect for your needs. In less than two weeks, you may be able to lose all your water weight :)

Tara: The only thing I can recommend is Thytrophin which UNI KEY carries for my patients. 3 Thytrophin are the equivalent of 1 grain of thyroid.

Hi Anne Louise,
I have been on birth control pills to help control my fibroids. I recently underwent surgery (Hysterectomy) I always thought that my weight gain was from being on the pill or some kind of thyroid problem. I had blood tests for thyroid and they came back normal. I eat healthy food and exercise on a regular basis. Of course, I am off the pill now as well. Since my surgery, I have gained even more weight. I feel sluggish and feel as though a lot of my weight gain is water weight that I simply cannot get rid of. I have tried several detox programs and nothing seems to work. Do you have any suggestions?
