"When I decided to lose weight I cut some of the 'bad' foods out of my diet, but not all. With the minor changes, I lost about 10 lbs from January through April. In April, I read ‘The Fat Flush Plan.’ Many years ago a doctor sent me to a nutritionist due to my hypoglycemia. Unfortunately, I did not listen to anything that the nutritionist told me, because looking at her, I wondered how she could advise me on my diet and health needs. When I read ‘The Fat Flush Plan,’ I respected the advice and information in the book, and took it to heart. The hardest for me to 'let go of' was cheese, but the book and information made sense to me. I quickly started to drop weight when I followed the plan and people started to notice. I talked my significant other into doing the ‘One Day Detox’ with me—hoping that he, too, would feel better and stick to the plan. He grumbled about not being able to eat his favorite lunch dish, a chicken and rice bowl, but he stuck it out, and agreed to continue following the plan. He also lost a considerable amount of weight and feels better. I did use the recommended Fat Flush supplements, as well as Ultra H-3. To date, I have lost 40 lbs. I run marathons and I find that I feel better than ever, training is easier, I have more energy, and my recovery time was much quicker. I ran a 1/2 marathon and got my all time personal best finish time (1:51:28), and went on to finish my second marathon at 4:12:45! I contribute my lasting success, best running times and recovery, and lifestyle changes to ‘The Fat Flush Plan’ and Ultra H-3!!! Thank you!!"
